Let’s check some of the remedies to get RID of stammering:

  1. Evaluate your childhood → Start finding if there is any reason associated with your childhood

  2. Rewire your mind → Start visualising that you ARE speaking fluently in front of other people

  3. Heal the TRAUMA → Start meditating to let go of the thoughts that hold you

  4. Get RID of anxiety → Ask yourself these questions:

    1. How do I know that this is a feeling of anxiety?
    2. What other emotion can this be?
    3. What is this emotion trying to tell me?
  5. Modelling → This is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic (Neuro-Linguistic Programmin) practice

    1. It means → Imitate or COPY other fluent speakers to condition your neurons to speak fluently
    2. You can mimic their tone, pitch, hand gestures, face expressions, posture, walking style, etc
