Let’s move from theory and start practising

Start doing this exercise daily and see a substantial difference in your speech:

  1. Step 1 → Sit up straight, Have your backbone and spine be straight.

  2. Step 2 → Start taking deep breaths so that oxygen can reach your mind

  3. Step 3 → Consciously bring expression of confidence or happiness on your face.

  4. Step 4 → Repeat in your mind again and again - I’m confident and I speak fluently.

“I am confident, and I speak fluently”

Hold this state of confidence for some time..

Now start speaking
